Syncro has added two reports to help you measure business viability. These reports are designed to expose strengths and weaknesses in your MSP’s efficiency and profitability.
The two new reports are the Technician Efficiency Report and the Customer Efficiency Report.
The Technician Efficiency Report shows your baseline resolution times across each of your ticket types and then looks at the resolution times for each technician to see where they’re performing well and, more importantly, where they’re not performing well.
The Customer Efficiency Report works the same way. In fact, your ticket resolution baselines between the two reports will be identical. But the Customer Efficiency Report looks at how each customer matches up against your baseline. With this report, you can easily rank your customers by least and most efficient, to quickly identify who’s using far more or far less of your resources than average.
